Machine staffing in mine production
Machine staffing is about getting the right operational resource on site quickly. We step into the customer’s machines and help where the need is greatest, without waiting for an external fleet.
It fits when production needs reinforcement, during absence, peaks, or as part of a longer shift/rotation setup.
Machines and experience
We staff wheel loaders, bulldozers, excavators and haul trucks. The experience comes from 9 years in mines and open pits across several machine types.
Typical sizes include excavators from about 30 tons, wheel loaders from about 12 tons, and bulldozers from about 20 tons and up. Exact matching is agreed in dialogue.
How a staffing assignment starts
We align on goals, location and machine type. Then we plan the setup and timing.
Phone is fastest. In many cases we can be on site within 24 hours once conditions are clear.
Staffing that also improves flow
As an operational resource we often see connections that affect production. Staffing can therefore be combined with light observation and improvement suggestions when relevant.
This provides quick reinforcement and a chance for smoother flow without disrupting operations.
Safety and working method
Every assignment has unique conditions. We adapt to season, ground conditions, machine environment and site safety requirements.
Our method is clear: contact, planning, execution and follow-up.
